Medical Machines & Semi-Conductor
Helped designed positive displacement pump for metering, dispensing, and proportioning liquid media. Worked on the development of Gel Cooling Systems for phorasis machine, production line machines for developing balloons for heart surgery, and a gas flow connection system for a semi-conductor CVD machine.
Computers & Peripherals:
Worked on 3.5″ and 5.25″ high capacity disk drive, 5.25″ and 3.0″ removable hard disk cartridge drive, and 14″ hard disk drives. Design of sheet metal housings for font cartridge, connector, and motherboard for laser printer.
Consumer Products:
Fully designed a complete rotisserie machine for the use of outdoor cooking. Worked on the design of the following: digital door deadbolt, 21-hole paper punch, motorized wheelchair, digital rulers, roller coasters, log boat ride, downscale antique cars, and merry-go-round rides.
Production Line Machines:
Servo writer, production line assembly fixtures for manufacturing of disk drive, stepper motor tester and bonding fixture for PCC assembly. Worked on machines for manufacturing catheter such as a semi-automatic balloon rip sealer, guide wire torque tester, proximal marker, plastic bag sample cutter, tube notcher, balloon angle sheet fixture, wire reeler, tip taper, spool to spool flattener, wire straightener, and a utility pressure box.
